By making a reservation or dining at Sandbank Restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers and guests of our establishment.

2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Policy

  • Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance
  • All reservations must be confirmed by email or phone
  • Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or cancellation

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee
  • Large parties (9+ guests) may require a deposit
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance

3. Dining Policies

3.1 Dress Code

We maintain a smart casual to formal dress code. Guests are expected to dress appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who do not meet our dress code standards.

3.2 Conduct

  • Guests must treat staff and other patrons with respect
  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the restaurant

Sandbank Restaurant's liability for any claim arising from your visit is limited to the amount paid for your meal. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children. We are not liable for injuries sustained on our premises unless due to our negligence.
