Marina Sunset
- 2 oz premium gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Garnish with lime wheel and edible flowers
Singapore Sling Royale
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz cherry brandy
- 0.25 oz Cointreau
- 0.25 oz Benedictine
- 4 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Champagne float
Spiced Pear Martini
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz pear liqueur
- 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and pear slice
Smoky Old Fashioned
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 0.25 oz maple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- Smoked with applewood
- Garnish with orange peel and luxardo cherry
Cocktail Preparation
- Marina Sunset: Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice with ice. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Float cranberry juice on top for sunset effect. Garnish with lime wheel and edible flowers.
- Singapore Sling Royale: Shake all ingredients except champagne with ice. Strain into hurricane glass filled with fresh ice. Top with champagne float. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
- Spiced Pear Martini: Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Double strain into chilled martini glass. Express oils from lemon peel over drink. Garnish with cinnamon stick and pear slice.
- Smoky Old Fashioned: Stir bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters with ice. Strain over large ice cube in rocks glass. Cover glass with smoking cloche filled with applewood smoke. Present tableside and remove cloche.
- Temperature Control: All cocktails served at optimal temperature with proper dilution for balanced flavor profiles.
- Garnish Preparation: Fresh garnishes prepared daily, citrus oils expressed tableside for maximum aroma impact.
